Beef Keema is the ideal Indian curry to make in a slow cooker. It's simple to prepare and can be left to do it's thing all day long. Serve with naan or pitta bread.

Ingredients
750-1000gminced beef
2tinschopped tomatoes
1tbsp garam masala
2tspturmeric
1tspginger
2tspcoriander
2onions, chopped
2clovesgarlic, thinly sliced
1red chilli, sliced
salt and pepper to season (optional)
2large potatoes, chopped
200gfrozen green peas
Instructions
Mix spices and chopped tomatoes together.
Apart from the frozen peas, add everything to the slow cooker pot and stir well to mix together.
Set off on low for 8 hours (can be left longer)
30 minutes before the end stir in the frozen peas (and/or spinach leaves if you are using).
Notes
Swap minced beef for minced lamb if you wish.Use new potatoes, sweet potatoes or any kind of potato you prefer!Leave lid off for final 30 minutes to thicken up if required.Serve with naan bread or pitta pockets.
