ground coriander

vegetable stock
fresh coriander
a large handful
Instructions
Optional: Saute chopped onions in olive oil
Add remaining ingredients apart from fresh coriander
Set off on smooth
At end of cycle remove lid and add in fresh coriander. Stir in to soup
Optional: Blend manually to puree the coriander leaves for a completely smooth soup.
Season if required
