Instructions
Cut chicken breasts up into small chicken nugget sized chunks.
Melt butter in microwave.
Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl. You can use shop breadcrumbs or if you have some bread slices crumble them up into breadcrumbs (if you have a blender you can pulse bread and turn it into breadcrumbs).
Using kitchen tongs first dip the chicken in the melted butter (or beaten egg if using that instead) and then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Place in air fryer basket.
Repeat with each piece of chicken. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to cook in 2 separate batches.
Cook at 200C (390F) for 8 minutes. Check it is cooked through before serving.
Notes
Instead of butter you can dip the chicken in beaten egg.You can either use plain breadcrumbs or add some seasoning/spice to the mixture.
