Recently I had an idea for a blog post – find Britain’s favourite soups (the top 10), make each of them in my soup maker and then share the recipes with you here.
However, once I began to try and track down any surveys or statistics, the most recent one I could find was taken back in 2011. A quick glance at the results and I soon realised that they were likely not accurate for 2018.
Why do I say this? Well, current day favourites like butternut squash are nowhere to be found within the list, and I know from my own blog visitors that we do love a bowl of butternut squash soup!
So, with this in mind, I have decided to go out there and find out for myself what the nation’s top soups are. When the results are in I shall go ahead with my original plan of creating each of the top 10 soups in a soup maker!
Will you help me out? All you need to do is like the post below, comment with your favourite soup – it doesn’t have to be a traditional British soup – it can be a soup from any country. By commenting you will also be entered into a prize draw to win a £30 Amazon Voucher.
